Who is responsible
Lexivora (in formation), Y. de Sanders, is responsible for processing the details you leave through the sign-up form. Contact: info@lexivorahq.com.
Which data
Your email address and, if you provide them, your name, your company, the countries you follow and a country you are missing. We also record when you gave consent, when you confirmed your sign-up and in which language you visited the site.
Purpose
Only to inform you about the launch of Lexivora and to understand which countries matter to our users. We do not sell your data or share it with others for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
Where and how long
The data is stored with our database provider Supabase in the EU. We send emails, such as the confirmation email, through our email provider Resend. If you do not confirm your sign-up within 30 days, we delete your details. Otherwise we keep them until you unsubscribe, and at most 24 months after you signed up.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. To do so, email info@lexivorahq.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
